The registration fees include registration of the boat and participants, lunch, dinner and participation in all activities.

The registration fee does NOT include:
- Movements of the boat to and from the place where the event is held.
- Use of the ramp and means of movement to and from the water of the boats in the recreational port of Olhão (sponsorship request under approval).
- Participants will stay in a Hotel on the night of September 28th, to be booked directly at the Hotel. Suggestions:

- Boat stay on the night of September 28 (in VRSA or Ayamonte). The organization will arrange transportation from the mooring site to the location of the three suggested hotels. The stay of the boats is not included in the registration fee and can be booked later.
